After 20 years of teaching Wild Times Sailing and Windsurfing School is no longer operating.
Do not dispair though! There are still plenty of opportunities to learn to sail, windsurf, kayak, stand up paddle board, powerboat, kitesurf and enjoy some time on the water here in whitstable!

Now a Royal Yachting Association training centre in it own right, WYC specialises in cadet training (under 18’s) and has an excellent Friday evening and weekend programme throughout the sailing season.
Whitstable Water Sports Center.
Located within Whitstable Yacht Club, WWSC offers paddle boarding, windsurfing and sailing for adults and children. Equipment hire and RYA courses available all summer. WWSC is also an approved test center for Topper! Giving you the chance to try one of their boats before you buy!
Located on the east side of the harbour and offering sailing courses, powerboat courses, Personal Water Craft (jet ski!) courses, stand up paddle board lessons & hire, kayak rental and lots of associated Royal Yachting Association courses including first aid and RYA theory courses.
Fancy a go at kitesurfing? Theses are the guys and girls to teach you! Based in Whitstable, but they can move around to use the prevailing wind to help you learn quickly and safely.
Offering paddle boarding…. just paddle boarding… a Whitstable girl who just loves to be out on the water. She can’t wait to teach you to stand up paddle board!
